Texas Hold Em Hand Ranks
A note about these ranks: This list is ordered according
to David Sklanky's analysis, which includes more factors than just
what is likely to win according to statistical draws. It is
also based on what people generally play and what kind of
situations that is likely to create. K5 is ranked lower than
72, for example, only because more people are likely to play a lot
more King hands, and so the likelihood of losing money getting
outkicked makes it (according to Sklansky) a less profitable hand
to play over time than 72, which is mathematically the worst hand
you can draw pre-flop.
