How To Play Horse Poker
HORSE
Poker is simply a mix of poker games played in a cyclical fashion.
The games included in HORSE are as follows:
Hold Em(H), Omaha(O), Razz(R), Seven Card Stud(S), Seven Card Stud HI-Low
with an Eight minimum for low(E).
In cash game
play, games switch every time the blinds have made one full orbit.
In tournaments they switch either after a single orbit, or
after a predetermined amount of time has passed.
HORSE
was first added to the WSOP in 2004, but it was made famous due to
its addition to the WSOP in 2006, and due to the staggering
50,000$ entry fee for that event. Chip Reese won the
2006 HORSE bracelet, for a prize worth over 1.7 million.
